You can submit invoices to your employer and they can pay us and then you can come to store for Collection or we can arrange delivery.
We usually have all stock in our fiido swords shop for immediate collection but if not then it takes 1 to 2 weeks to restock
We are officially affliated physical brand shop with an Irish vat, Operation costs and other Commissions e.g. prl/weee, cyclescheme. Online items comes directly to your door from warehosue and can take 2 weeks and upto a month with no customer support. -The battery can be disassembled, but it is not recommended to remove it frequently to protect it from the whole design. Suppose you need to charge the battery separately. In that case, we recommend purchasing an extender battery for further use.

-The original intention behind the design of Fiido E-gravel is to provide users with a more scientific and healthier cycling experience. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights and experiences with cycling enthusiasts worldwide.
-You may not notice that when the app is not using, it can be easily killed by the iOS or Android background processes and forced to deep sleep, making it unable to be activated to use in real-time. Using the app for the proximity start can easily result in bugs. Therefore, for user-friendly considerations, we have not implemented this feature for the app. However, this will not prevent you from exploring the more exciting and interesting features through the app.
-Sure. The Fiido E-gravel is IP54 waterproof, and the central display is IP67 waterproof. However, we do not recommend riding in bad weather for safety considerations.
-Fiido E-gravel can be fully charged in just 3 hours on a single charge, supporting a range of up to 80km on a single charge. (Actual range data may vary due to different riding conditions.)
-In the package with the bike, you will find a pair of fenders, a kickstand, a new mid-mounted display, a headlight, and a taillight, all included! In addition, we’re also offering the exclusive extender battery, rear rack, and front basket for Fiido E-gravel to provide you with more options for your travels. Simple out of the box driveble in half an hour. Smooth ride and good rigid frame. Speed is a true 35 kmh, good shifter and breaks. Really easy to fold.

Fiido X is my first electric folding bike. As seen in many YouTube Videos. Shipping from the European Warehouse is comfortable and installation is also easy and fast for a layman. Online support by the international Fiido Team per chat and email, fast, friendly and very professional. Easy to talk, all problems solved in a short period of time. The bike: Looks awesome including the new rear back and fender. Folding smart solution. Totally powerful feeling to ride the bike with the 350 W motor in level 3. To drive around 35km/h speed over a longer period of time no problem at all. The battery technique in the saddle wonderful, the locking system trendsetting. The price including the discount is more than fair and unbeatable on the European market. I can only congratulate Fiido for this bike. I am impressed and I am looking forward to see the new bike collection pretty soon.

Very pleased with this purchase of a Fiido X. I used to cycle regularly and regretfully had to give up my hobby due to ill health. I’ve been looking at ebike options for a while to allow me to ride again and decided that I didn’t need full suspension and lots of gears to enjoy a ride. I wanted something well engineered and able to fit in my car boot or motorhome garage. I’ve had it three weeks and have been out on it most days (weather permitting) Battery life has been brilliant, last ride was about an hour and twenty minutes mostly on power level 1(sometimes 2 or 3). The power dropped 1/5 bars, impressive. I’ve changed the seat and handle bar grips with better items due to personal comfort, but it’s great straight out of the box. I would advise just checking over the bolts and fasteners before riding (I didn’t) and had to adjust seat clamping bolts as seat would slowly drop during a ride. Also had to set the gears up again as the pinch bolt of the rear derailleur wasn’t tight enough. I’m summary I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
