Cycle to Work Scheme
Guidance
Follow these three simple steps to generate your invoice:
- Fill out the form with accurate shipping details for bike delivery.
- Select the desired model of FIIDO bike for purchase using the cycle to work scheme.
- Choose your preferred method of payment for the money transfer.
Click on “Generate Invoice” and you’re done! Upon successful generation of the cycle scheme invoice, you will receive a notification along with the Invoice PDF file.
There are two invoice generating options with value €3,000.00 & €1,500.00 . Using those option employee can generate invoice with a value of the above mentioned amount and if any extra comes can pay at the store during the bike pickup.

Cycle Scheme Process
Steps describes how the cycle scheme get processed once the invoice generated.
- When you generate the invoice with the bike you wish to purchase, a copy of the generated invoice will be send towards the corresponding mail id that you added in the invoice.
- Take a soft copy of the invoice and submit at your HR department.
- Once the company approves your Cycle scheme they will generate a payment invoice against our company and it usually takes Min 1 to 2 (Max 4)weeks to get processed, once the process is completed the invoice amount will be credited to our bank account in 1 or 2 days. When the amount is credited you will be informed either from your company or from us.
- Finally you can collect your bike from the store upon the availability of stock.
