The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds FIIDO IRELAND Electric and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.

Refunds Policy

To obtain a full refund, within 2 days of receiving the item you must inform us that you will return the goods in an “as new” condition.

How to do this is detailed below.

FIIDO IRELAND defines “as new” condition as unridden, with all parts, manuals, and accessories included in the original box and packaging.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this returns policy.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

We may refuse a refund should your product be returned not in an “as new” condition. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

Please be aware that direct refunds can take up to five business days to appear in your bank account depending on whom you bank with.

We are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.

FIIDO IRELAND copyrights 2020 Extended Returns Policy

Shopping is tough at the moment, and we want to make sure that you’re happy with your purchases this winter. Due to inconsistent supply and delays in shipping are not allowing us to take returns in the context of the Change Your Mind Return Policy.

This means that you have notified us of your desire not to return your product to us* until/unless it is delivered faulty. We test each item very carefully because of self-assembling issues and request all customers/users to read the manual carefully and not to push any connection forcefully. All connections are made to connect without any excessive force. Checking air pressures in wheels/tires is entirely the user’s priority and checking all basic screws tightness is also useful to check before riding any ebike or escooter.

*Products must be in “as new” condition, unridden, with all parts, manuals, and accessories included in the original box and packaging. Terms and conditions apply.

Damaged or lost box of an item can deduct up to 100 euros from the refund value of the item.
