The Fiido EBikes and all its components are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, excluding wearing and tearing parts.
Wearing and tearing parts can be bearings, cable housing, seals, cables, screws and nuts, all lubricants,
chain, sprocket, chainrings, brake pads, tyres, bar grips and bar tape, derailleur hangers, charging ports, speed throttles and others.
The Battery, Motor and electrical components will be inspected by our technician to conclude if it’s not a man-made fault.
Poor and damaged due to natural disasters, man-made disasters, irresistible forces or chemical attack.
For accessories that do not need to be returned, proof materials such as videos or pictures cannot be provided.
Damage caused by modification or addition or subtraction of other accessories.
It is a vulnerable or consumable item in normal use (accessory coating, inner tube, thread tube, order piece, sprocket, chain, pedal).
It is not covered by human injury, damage, normal wear and tear.
The guarantee only covers the above, other costs such as assembly, transport, etc. are not covered.

After-sales service for products during the warranty period, you need to contact FIIDO’s
official after-sales mailbox: support@fiido.com to obtain the warranty certificate, and then go to
the authorized repair point for warranty with the warranty certificate.
